Events · Summits and conferences

Sell the seats.
Then bring them back next year.

Event site, ticketing, speaker management and delegate comms on one brand system, so your team spends less time on admin and more on the programme.

Book an audit

Most events run on spreadsheets.
And a lot of late nights.

Emails built by hand, speakers chased one by one, door lists pasted together the night before. The event looks polished on stage, but behind it nothing connects, and every year starts again from zero.

Autonomy Summits · Events system

We don't just build the site. We run the system behind it.

01 / 04

How tickets sell, and when.

Early bird, returning delegate and team offers are planned around the dates that move sales.

02 / 04

What every speaker needs, and when.

Onboarding, session graphics and share kits go out on a schedule, so speakers become promoters.

03 / 04

What delegates hear before and after.

Confirmation, reminder, on-the-day and follow-up emails, written once and reused every year.

04 / 04

How the event lives on after the day.

Sessions become videos, clips and posts that help sell next year's tickets.

Every event runs on the same brand system, so next year starts from this year's work.

What you get.

We lead the project ourselves and bring in specialists when the work needs them. You always know who to call.

A timeline planned back from the event date, weekly check-ins in the run-up, and a debrief after the day.

The event website, ticketing setup, speaker kits, HTML emails, door lists and post-event content.

The event ends. The brand keeps working.

Questions about event projects.

If yours isn't here, just ask.

How early should we start?

As soon as the date and venue are confirmed, so tickets go on sale with time to build. If you're closer to the date, we start with what sells seats first.

Which ticketing platform do you use?

Usually Ticket Tailor, connected to the site and to a live sales dashboard. We can also work with the platform you already use.

Can you run a series across several cities?

Yes. A multi-city series runs on one brand system, with each city getting its own colour and pages.

Do you handle on-the-day logistics?

We handle the digital side: door lists, on-site assets and delegate comms. Venue and production stay with your events team.

What happens after the event?

We turn sessions into videos and posts, send the follow-up emails and keep the list warm for next year.

Is it only for conferences?

Summits and conferences are our main focus, but the same system works for launches, dinners and roadshows.
